This band may be used for leg and glute exercises to add extra resistance to the movement. Bands are easy on the joints, great for warm ups, home workouts, to add to standard lifting exercises, and for injury prevention.
This band has a grip material on the inside of the band to keep it from sliding at all. Each band comes with a carry pouch to easily bring your bands with you wherever you go.
This band is easier to move than our other bands. This is considered a level 2 band out of 5 levels.
